The Department Quality Supervisor serves as a liaison between the University and Department Quality Committees. She provides advice in the areas of Quality for Education, Research, and the Third Mission. In addition, she offers guidance to the Head of Department in drafting the Three-Year Plan and Annual Report and to the Directors of the BA and MA degree programs. The Quality Supervisor collaborates with delegates and Committees for Teaching, Research, and the Third Mission to review and assess their activities. Furthermore, she oversees the teaching activities of the Degree Programs at undergraduate and graduate levels, with a focus on procedures and measures that ensure quality, particularly in areas such as student orientation, tutoring, and addressing concerns raised by students.

The Committee assists the Quality Supervisor. The Directors of the Degree Programs and a representative of the technical-administrative staff may take part in the Committee's work to promote quality among all teaching, technical and administrative activities.
