The Program Coordinator serves as the Quality Manager for the PhD Program in "Humanities," overseeing the preparation of the Annual Educational and Scientific Project Report as well as the Annual Report. Additionally, she is responsible for the Three-Year Report. In conducting the annual monitoring and periodic review processes, the Coordinator is assisted by the PhD Quality Group, which includes the Coordinator, two members of the PhD Academic Board, and a PhD student representative. The current group members are:
- Laura Gavioli (Coordinator)
- Marina Bondi (Academic Board Member)
- Giuliana Diani (Academic Board Member)
- Aminat Emma Badmus (PhD Student)
All Quality activities are carried out with the active participation of the members of the PhD Academic Board, the PhD student representative as well as members of the Advisory Committee (appointed at the Academic Board meeting on September 27, 2023).
The Advisory Committee, chaired by the PhD Coordinator, is composed of distinguished scholars from both Italian and international universities and institutions, alongside prominent figures from the academic and professional worlds. The Committee provides consultative and strategic guidance for the PhD program's scientific and educational objectives, as well as identifying career opportunities for graduates.
The PhD Program also prepares a Self-Assessment Report, if selected for evaluation by ANVUR (National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes).
